Why Choose Romania?
Romania over the past two years has become second to none in the European Market, and offers some of the lowest prices in Europe. With its four full seasons of tourism, its rich cultural history, beautiful country and mountain settings, and a wealth of investment opportunities Romania is becoming a trend setter in the European market today.
What does Romania have to Offer?
Romania is experiencing a boom in property investments. Over the past two years property values have
increased significantly, and are expected to continue to climb over the next few years. Prime locations for
investments in properties and land are the expanding metropoliton zone of bucharest and the ski resorts
neighbouring Brasov and Sinia (We are developing oursleves in this area), and are available for the Short
Term Investor and the Long Term Investor alike. Investments are available not only in term size, but in
monetary size as well.
Romania has 245 km of Black Sea Beach Front, and a summer season stretching from late April until mid October, with an excellent tourist market. Couple that with the warm waters of the Black Sea, along with wonderful resorts makes for an ever increasing rise in the seaside tourist market. Towns on the coast such as Mamaia, Constanta, Eforie Nord, Costinesti, Neptun, and Mangalia all offer excellent summer retreats at a verity of resorts. There is also the World famous Danube Delta area of Romania which stretches over 750,000 hectares of beautiful wetlands starting at the Black Sea in Sfintu Gheorghe, and extending West to Tulcea, and North along the Ukraine boarder.
With their membership into NATO in 2005, along with their scheduled assent into the EU in 2007 (we believe this to be more likely 2008), Romania is sure to follow the property booms experienced by other European Countries prior to, and just after EU membership. Financial Analysis’ agree that now is the time to invest in Romania. Both the infrastructure and the economy in Romania are booming, along with the investment opportunities.

How to buy and the buying process
At present you can own freehold property within Romania in your own name, but to buy land you must form a company in Romania itself. You will then own the land outright through your local company.
To establish a company in Romania, you first need to give us 3 possible options for the company name, the reason for giving 3 names is so that we can ensure the company name is not already taken. These must be accompanied by your passport and your name and address.
In order to do this you must sign power of attorney over to your Romanian Lawyer, as well as signing a declaration that you have no debts in Romanaia, this will cost you €700.
Once your company has been formed, you then need to select your plot(s), transfer the funds to the seller and sign the contracts. The within 6 to 8 weeks you will recieve the contract, stamped by the public notary and the title deeds in your comapny name including legalised drawings of the land.
