The four simple steps to own your own land.
- We will assist you in selecting which plot(s) are most suited to your requirements.
- We will require payment of a refundable reservation fee which reserves the land exclusively in your name for the duration of the purchase process which is normally fourteen days.
- On receipt of cleared funds, our appointed legal representative will send you the following: TP1 form, Stamp Duty Form and the Site Plan. These three documents must be completed with care and returned to us.
- You will receive your Freehold Title Deeds from HM Land Registry, which prove ownership of your plot(s). (Please allow up to 16 weeks)
